We deal with submitting applications for legalization of stay for managers of companies that we establish and supervise, provided that these companies meet the conditions specified in the Act on Foreigners (e.g. the company actually operates in Poland, generates income, pays taxes and employs Polish employees and other conditions required by the Act, proving that the company contributes to the development of the Polish national economy).
